Causing a Delay and Never give feedback as promised

Our area in the Westrand went Live with Fibre in the beginning of September 2019. Since the beginning of August 2019 i have been in contact with Vumatel and Vodacom(where my fibre contract is) trying to find out what i need to do to get Fibre within the complex i stay. I was informed that Britelink a sister company of Vumatel deals with the complexes, i went online and submitted my query on the 29/08/2019 where i got a response from Nazlie, i responded with the required information that they asked and till today no further response via email was received. i then phoned around and got a contact number for a lady by the name of Lisa, she rep**** via an sms that they require the information who to contact at our complex body corporate this was done on the 10/09/2019.

The documents for our body corporate was only sent to them between the 23/09/2019 and the 27/09/2019. Everything required from the complex side was done and was sent back to the body corporate on the 30/09/2019. I then called Lisa on the 01/10/2019 to ask if everything was received where she told me she will check with a guy by the name of Aksel and get back to me, after waiting more than a week for a response i called in to be told i have to email a guy named Jean Gomes as he oversees the Ekurhuleni district, after telling the agent that i am in the Westrand numerous times she still was persistent that Jean will be able to help me with my issue.

I sent him an email and he responded to give me over to another lady with the name Ushma who with Lisa promised to give me an update by Friday the 11/10/2019. I am still waiting on that response.

My ISP has already given through my order to Vumatel to have my fibre installed on the 05/09/2019(VT-5***) and i am still awaiting for Vumatel and their sister company Britelink to actually pursue the matter with my body corporate as i have been talking to them since August to try and get this matter resolved and get the MDU installed at our complex.

I do understand that their is documents that needs to be signed and processes to be followed, but it surely does not take almost 2 months for the the documents to be sent, follow ups to be done to ensure they received back in a sufficient time frame and for the installation to start.

Good day

The fact of the matter is for almost 2 months just trying to get the MDU installed at our complex and to obtain the documents is ridiculous and the delays was unnecessary.

I have been notified yesterday afternoon by our body corporate that the guys are starting installation of this unit as of today at our complex.

Once again proving my point that no one at Vumatel and Britelink can get on a phone to give me an update even though i have been trying to get this matter resolved since August and they keep on promising they will update me once they have feedback and it all ends up in me having to call in to get the feedback.
