Careless about their customers

My wifi is not connecting and have logged a call on thursday 20/01/22. They promised to come and fix on Saturday 22/01/22, till today monday 24/01/22, no one came. I have been trying to contact them today monday 24/01/22, with no success . What a very very poor service. Now I had to buy data while I have paid for their service. I am so disappointed in them. It seems like they dont care about their customers, as long as they received payment. I regret connecting with them.
