Cant Rate the revice as there isnt any

I have been waiting for over 2 month to get connected to Fiber in Honeydew Ridge. Fiber has been installed in the complex and now waiting to get connected from the house. cant get through to the service desk. have been waiting for 30 minutes to have my call answered. Totally Pathetic Service.
