Cannot get my address right and no one can fix the problem.

They keep scheduling a technician to come to install my internet at an address in Joburg and I am based in Cape Town. Then they cancel the whole job and tell me to start the whole application from scratch. This has happened about 5 times! They cannot seem to communicate with anyone.
