Cannot get hold of Vumatel

You cannot get hold of Vumatel, I was on hold for over an hour on Friday. I have been trying to get hold of them last week with no luck.

Thank you for taking our call. We have escalated the matter to the active ISP as we do not have access to terminate an active service.
We will revert as soon as we receive an update from the active ISP.
