Cannot get a hold of VUMATEL...

I am writing this and pure frustration. Our wifi is not working since yesterday. As asked by vumatel on their website - I contact my ISP who evaluated and phoned that our CPE is down. The next step - contact vumatel. Which I attempted to do but man it is impossible. I spent all together today an hour on the support line waiting' to be helped - nothing. I tried to find alternative numbers, feedback anything. Very very frustrated. VERY (been 48h of trying to fix our issue)
