Cancellation and refund
Good morning, I'm not happy with Vuma reach tried to request my refund for more than 4 to 5 months and do a cancellation however they are taking me from pillar to post, I'm frustrated now no one seems to help me. hope you are going to help me.

21 Jul 2025, 11:27Vodacom said i can't do a cancellation with them because i also called them even today i called they said it is not them that is why is so frustrating, you talk with many service providers they tell you different stories.
