Cancelations and refund not done....very bad service

The sales consultants work on friendship bases... I have been calling non stop and still waiting for a feedback.

I have canceled cause the friend from Vatell sales gave this order to their friend from Vodacom which they have now gone awol and not responding to me.

The worst service ever, I can't believe this is called customer service honestly. I want this resolved

I'm bieng taken from pilar to post between the two and nothing is bieng resolved.
