Cancel vumatel

Unacceptable service from vumatel who called to inform me they would only be able to send an agent out on Sunday keep in mind this is Friday evening. You expect me to be without internet for 2 days and be happy with your service, get yourself in order. Also why isn't there a direct number to vumatel is it because you know your service is ****.
