CANCEL IMMEDIATELY

2nd review. I need this thing canceled. How is it fair for a sales person to send you reminders everyday to make payment but as soon as you make the payment they just abandon you and they never really care. This is a serious issue, I’ve waited for 3 weeks just to have it installed and now I’m concerned as to how long they would take to help with technical issues. I want to cancel it with immediate effect and have my money refunded back to me. The lady who sending me constant reminders to make payment so desperately is Princess Zwane but now when i send a whatsapp she just blueticks me. I need serious disciplinary actions taken against her. This much unprofessionalism will not be tolerated. I swear I’m escalating this because im tired of bullies now.
