Can vumatel do anything right
For the last 3 months I have had this stop and start internet service from vumatel and Vodacom and I feel harrased by this company, and of course yesterday technicians came to fix my fibre line issue and proceeded to tell me about another issue they have with line, I can't deal vumatel

We have checked the fibre line and it is on spec and up. Should you still have an internet connectivity issue, please contact your ISP (internet service provider) to assist troubleshoot.

Please contact your ISP as fibre is not down and if anything was interrupted, fibre would reflect down on our side.
