Can i have a refund if you can't help me

Hi if anyone knows a substitute for the service this company provides please recommend it to me, today is my third day waiting for them to call me and arrange installation of their fiber, I'm getting excuse about my neighbor having used my Adress according to my neighbor who by the way has relacated to Durban he canceled his subscription months ago and he wasn't aware they had used the my Adress.

We complain about unemployment but when we find jobs we use excuses to keep from doing the jobs we were hired for, how did they install in the wrong place the first time and now delay fixing the issue. Vumatel please if you can't assist me please give me my money back because you insist on people paying first and I have paid you.
