Call was logged on a public Holiday afer 14:00. Within an hour a tech was onsite and assited us until the line was fix. He even came back after fault fixing at the box to make sure speed in order. The consultant we logged the call was just as helpfull. And keeped us in the loop throughout the process... Very happy customer..
