Call centre is useless

I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to come and do splicing. The Vumatel box was installed two weeks ago and I cannot proceed with Mweb without the splicing. I have phoned multiple times, wait on hold consistently, get passed from pil;lar to post, to be told a technician will call me. THIS NEVER HAPPENS. Not a single person has made contact with me. I have been constantly following up for days. Today I called three times and keep getting told I will be called back. I am sick and tired of waiting andf phoning and being placed on hold. This is shocking service.
