Cables

On 26 March 2019 in the morning between 8 and 9 am I phone Vumatel, I report that one of the fibre cables is almost lying in the street Cnr Hull and 2nd street Florida lake. I ask that they must get out people to come and lift the cable roll it back on the pole, all they tell me they will hand it over to technical, nothing been done yet, yesterday i phone again i spoke to a lady called Portia she told me she will hand it over to the technical people and they will come out, she also told me that she will sms me a Ref nr, nothing no Ref nr at all. Vumatel lies to people worst fibre company. i hope that cable will break so that your Florida lake or part there off can be with out fibre for a long time, i got back up so your fibre can fall in our area. Why must we report things if Vumatel can't fix it. Worse.
