Cable installation issues

I had two guys come to my house for installation they came very late , were they for a few minutes and never measured anything and then the guy said they don't have enough cable they will come back tomorrow so I never went to work and waited for them and they never came only once I contacted home connect did I find out that you guys want me to pay for a extra 75m making it 150m needed it total.

So i got a certified technician (out of my own) to come and measure because I could not believe that you guys were saying you'll be needing 150m cable so he measured and all in all from the black box in the road till by me it's 55m maybe 65m for the most(depending on all the bends or rises that the technician would like to make) so I really don't understand how they got to 150m (without measuring).
