****** by Cuma and fly cool. We pay but they don't install
Paid a month ago through an agent and Flycool on the 1st of May 2024 still no installation done to this. No communication at all. I feel ******. Pls refund me.

05 Jun 2024, 12:38Order number ***5. I cancelled my previous service provider to sign with you and that has cost me dearly as I had to buy data out of pocket as I work from home but I have paid you network. I m so dissatisfied with the service I received from you and ur service providers.

07 Jun 2024, 12:23I have done as requested but still my issue with flycool is still an ISSUE. Vuma did not assist in anyway. Very sad.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FROM FLYCOOL AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING VUMA TO ANYONE AS VUMA IS DOING NOTHING TO TAKE CARE OF ITS CLIENTS FROM THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS OR WHATEVER FLYCOOL IS TO VUMA.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FROM FLYCOOL AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING VUMA TO ANYONE AS VUMA IS DOING NOTHING TO TAKE CARE OF ITS CLIENTS FROM THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS OR WHATEVER FLYCOOL IS TO VUMA.
