Bunch of ****mers

The worst service ever and a bunch of ****mers. I double paid for a router and WiFi service that they claimed they activated at some unknown address, but it won’t work since the people there don’t have the password. I asked them to cancel it and refund me, they didn’t want to cancel it. I contacted the service provider directly and they told me that account is active. They are sitting with R840 for a service I never received. Bunch of ****mers.
