Broken Promises, incompetence and lies

Over 6 months ago, a young lady came to my house in Durbanville, Cape Town to inform me that Vumatel would be digging a trench around the road facing perimeter of my property. I was pleasantly informed that I had no say in this as it was approved by the local municipality but not to worry, they would be making reparation to the area "as good if not better" than before. Well 6 months later, my driveway is still a mess as it wasn't repaired properly the first time and all my outer perimeter lights, which were all damaged when they piled dirt and rocks on top of them are still not working. Despite numerous calls, emails, FB posts, which have elicited varying degrees of response from slightly hopeful to downright ***********, not one attempt has been made by Vumatel to rectify the damages that have caused. In fact, they now completely ignore any message I send them. It is difficult to describe (in a manner that will sound sane) how disgusted and angry I am with this pathetic excuse for a company. I have asked on numerous occasions for the contact details for the MD, but to no avail. The MD is either being shielded from this or is too ***ardly to deal with a genuinely disgruntled customer. It makes me laugh hysterically (because they're so pathetic) and cry from immense frustration.
