Broken promises

Vumatel installed fibre into our complex in March. In the process of doing so, their contractor damaged underground electrical cable. We, the Body Corporate had the cables repaired and requested re-imbur*****t from Vumatel. Their site engineer, Hendrik Greyling promised to re-imburse us, but to date, with frequent requests, we are still waiting for them to do so. Incidentally in addition to this, their contractors also damaged telephone landlines, water pipes and drainage piping.
