Brilliant service, and after customer care. The technician arrived earlier than expected. He was quick to resolve the issue and had me back up and running within minutes. Their office even gave us a courtesy call later on that day to find out if all was in order. Would highly recommend Vumatel. Note: This was my first downtime after 5 years.
