booted from facebook page because i complained

ive asked Vumatel for help so many times (spammed their post section ) and now i cant even get help from them through the facebook page because they have booted me for complaining. so here i am a customer unable to get any help. THIS IS BS. i am a paying customer! i have the right to complain and have my problems fixed!
