Vuma, you once were the best!!! But look now! 90% red stars on hello peter. You blatantly disregard your minimum service level agreements, leaving the ISP’s chasing after you for answers. You promise to have fault resolution within 6 days!!! Today it has been 14 DAYS!!! And not even any response from your side to VOX. I so regret using you guys again!!! We have to now maar sit and wait, spending countless rands on prepaid data, till you decide to get your act together. Nee man!! Kom reg!! So disappointing.
