billed while not connected

i have called and messaged Vuma via Facebook but not getting any joy. Calls im being sent from pillar to post. FB the person im chatting to is clueless doesn't have answers for me. Im really disappointed with the service you providing your customers. I regret the day i decided to take Vuma now im being treated like mad lady. I took Vuma in Jan then in April i stopped paying due to not working. Now i got a new Job tgen i decided to pay Vuma so i can be able to work as im remotely working. I paid 395 yesterday at Pnp. when i got home my Vuma was blocked. when i check my statement it says i owe R2000 and some rands. how come i owe so much whereby i was not connected for all those months. the consultants that assisted me when i was applying for Vuma she said Vuma its like DSTV you pay for using it . if not connected you cannot be charged. Im really irate right now. Someone contact me ASAP
