BEWARED AGAINST POOR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FORM VUMATEL!!!!

<p>Vumatel recently started installing fibre in our area and did a poor job by installing the access box of my neigbours on my property. </p> <p> </p> <p>The box was literally installed in the middle the trees roots (no thought was app****) and has now caused me endless problems with the root system of the tree displacing the box and being an eye sore.</p> <p> </p> <p>After almost two months of chasing up with Vumatel I have not had any success and their excuses are endless - they are not prepared to rectify this poor install error.</p> <p> </p> <p>The company has exceptional poor PR management and they don't even have a complaints department.....BEWARED AGAINST POOR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FORM VUMATEL!!!!</p> <p> </p>
