BEWARE OF VUMATEL

I had a subscription with Vumatel and Vodacom from *** I cancelled my subscription because I moved from Gauteng to Worcester and they do not have service in Worcester. Cancellation number SR***. On the 01-05-2021 Vumatel debited my account with R1500 for installation in 2019, they said installation is free because I took a contract. My cellphones are blocked because of this outstanding amount. This is not fair and it feels as if my hands are tied because Vodacom just cut my service.
