Best Service & Quickest turnaround time

Best Service & Quickest turn around time - I had connectivity issues this morning. I logged a ticket and got a response less than 5 mins later. All very professional and courteous. Portia could not resolve the team and logged a ticket for Vumatel to check the line. The guys were at my gates before midday and resolved my issue within minutes. Considering I am working from home in the IT space, I really need my fibre connection and I am so grateful for this type of service, response time and overall pleasant experience.
