This is specifically a staff member There is an installer named Stan, he installed fibre a few months ago in my home. There were a few issues in which he gave me he's contact number if it was not resolved. A few weeks ago i had another issue and remembered that i had he's contact. I queried with him on the issue. He gave me all the steps in first looking at the obvious issues and then how to log it. He did not have to do all of this but he did because he is the true definition of client centric service
