be careful when moving to new premises

Its beyond comprehensive how the person that has bought a property cannot have fibre moved or installed due to the sellers not cancelling there existing fibre line (properly). 2 months and im still getting the run around. Everytime i speak to a different person from vumatel i get a different answer. Its beyond pathetic.,.obviously they dont care to keep existing customer.
