Baddest customer service

I have seen bad customer service before, but no one will match Vumatel, the most disrespecting service provider I've ever seen! You can not contact them at all, the call centre, you'll be caller #9 on the line for two hours, whatsapp platform, they'll tell you they will get you a consultant to assist you and that will be the end of the conversation, I paid my sibscription fee, but I have no internt access. Disgusting! Regret signing up for Vumatel!!!! Will not encourage anyone to sign up!!!
