Bad wifi Service

Since December 2021, I could not Get internet access even though I paid for the service. I called many times without assistance, I even paid again in January 2022 for the Wi-Fi access still I do not get assistance. I tried calling other competition companies they do not cover my area only Vuma does!!!!! Is this why they give people such bad service: Monopoly???
