Bad Vumatel service

Vumatel in Pinetown Kzn is like Eskom... pathetic. To my knowledge they are the only Fibre company here in Pinetown, now we must just grin and bare their bad service. Just like Eskom..I logged a call with Webafrica 12/04/2022. The wall collapsed due to the floads. Vumatel people came out about 2days later. They told us that, they cannot fix it, we have to request a new I installion. All they had to do is replace the box and deal with the broken wires. If the 2 Men from Vumatel worked for me I would dismiss them. They are absolutely useless. 17 days later and they still have not come and fix my connection or installed my " new" connection. Anyway, reading all the complaints about Vumatel, it seems they do not care. They could not even bother to respond...
