Bad technical support
Such a bad technical support. My internet is down for 5 days now, my internet provider says the Vumatel guys need to send someone over to fix the issue. The ticket has been sent 5 days ago and their agents keep saying they are sending an email. They don’t seem to be bothered that people are working from home and 5 days without internet is a very big inconvenience. I do not recommend this company’s services. Very disappointing

Issue still not resolved. Awaiting for your technician since yesterday and nobody can tell me exactly if they are coming today and what time. Since Monday I have been calling non stop and get no helpful feedback from your agents at call centers who seem as clueless. Whatever contractor you guys are using to do your maintenance and technical support are *********** and you just don’t care about the bad experience your customers are having and the way you guys are effecting their jobs.
