BAD SERVISE IS UNDERSTATEMENT, BEYOND HORRIFIC SERVICE PROVIDER FOR A WI-FI

I have never in my whole entire life come across such bad service ever. The run around that you are given when you need to pay, getting different links to pay an mere account. The run around to get when we have to be connected. Sending us from Pilar to post. How difficult can it be to connect or have a steady account for wifi? Why is it still being advertised or being Installed around Soweto if it it's not user friendly and making people struggle like this to get connected. Honestly why are you operating? Literally you deserve a Zero (0) for a service provider!!!!!!!!!
