Bad services

My husband had an appointment with them on the 14/02/2025 to came and install our Fibre nobody pitched we where phoning vumatel and everytime they just telling us "we logging an ticket and we must wait 24 to 48 hours turn around time". Why must we wait they are the on who did not stick with there appointments.
