Bad services

I registered to get i fiber, I was told to pay before they come install which I did pay. Next day the technician can to install i was told that they is no machine inside the pole they will come back. It's been a month now the person that I was dealing with is ignoring me there's no communication. I told them I want my money back they are not responding
