Bad Service with Vumatel

I have Fibre with Vumarel since yesterday my internet has been off and it states its disconnected due to payment and payment is up to date. I have communicated with the consultants about this problem till now the problem is not solved. My child missed her online class today, and I'm worried about tomorrow.
