Bad Service Will never Recommend You Guys

To whom it may concern

I'm so upset with this awful service I made payment on the 2nd of November 2025 my set was only installed on the 11th of November after being told by ....that this can't be done and we will need my landlord to cancel first I then got in touch with the team again asking for a new set which was done by a lovely gentleman who came to the property. After the set up was installed I was told to wait 1 hour ans 30 mins to have service it's the 18th and I cannot get through to anyone I had ..... who also logged a ticket but no response I had the bot turn me off multiple times I tried asking for a refund but .... said it takes too long

What's going on? It's either I get my money back and take your set up so I can get another provider because to be honest I don't want service with yourl.

I don't want no tickets logged I want someone to fix this ASAP I'm sitting with no service for almost 3 weeks and all I'm getting is we looking into it.
