Bad service will never recommend them

Sins Thursday my router was faulty and I still without Wi-Fi there service is really bad for all there consaltints want you 2 reset the router after you tell them it's been replaced and it says no internet connection. They team work with Vumatel of metro fiber is not working coz they just blame **** and still I have no Wi-Fi. Think it's because of the long weekend now no one wants to work
