Bad service: Vumatel

I'm reaching out to express my frustration with the Wi-Fi connection issues from Vuma. It's incredibly frustrating when there's no one on their end to properly communicate with. I've been without an internet connection for almost a week now, and every time I use their live chat, all they say is that engineers are working on it. When I ask for an estimated time of resolution, I get no response. As a result, I'm forced to go to the office even when I'd prefer not to.
