Bad Service, Vumatel!

I am now 15 days without internet and service provider Vumatel is slow to fix the fibre break in my street. They keep on escalating the complaint to their technical service provider, Brightlink who it seems got a problem in working in my area. Everyday I got emails indicated that they will come and check on a certain time, but to no awhile. They just don't pitched? Bad, inefficient customer service I would call it!
