Bad service Vumatel
I app**** for Fibre on the 28th November 2023. *********** technicians came out, said we need a second line installed, but then canceled my order. When I investigated why there was a delay, I reinstated the order, only to again have further delays and more issues. Finally I had a confirmed cancelation on the 22nd January 2024, but am still waiting for my refund. Just ridiculous service.

Everytime I had contact with your representatives I was told a new story for the delay, and the last time a technician dud not even bother to show up for a date set in order to reassess the route you mentioned. You dint care about customers, just your bottom line.
