Bad Service Vumatel

My line was released three days ago to migrate to a new ISP which is Mweb. Now MWeb say their waiting for vumatel to connect my line to them but Vumatel is not responding to emails nor are they phoning back. This is bad service it's already been three days already without internet it's very frustrating to into mind that this was this arranged more than thirty days ago.
