Bad Service providers!!!!!

Vumatel together with MWeb are the pits!! I have requested fibre from the 1st of Jan through MWeb, made us pay and transferred us to Vuma. Vumatel called on Monday to say the installation people will come on Tuesday morning for installation, they didn’t come and they didn’t even call back to set another date so *********** and inconvenience because I stopped everything to wait for people who didn’t show up , tried calling them and there was no answer in the call center. I’m so irritated by this service providers
