Bad service provider mweb and vumatel

The most horrible service provider . My line has been off for 8 days I call daily and they give me excuses every day and they never give me a solution. They will accuse mweb and mweb will do like wise. I m seating and waiting for them to call . me and fix the issue but nothing is being done. Yet I m paying over R500 every month for the service. They will ask the number and names of the equipment installed and after tell u there is nothing they can do on their side it’s not them is mweb and mweb will tell u is not them it’s vumatel. They will tell u it’s takes 3 to 6 days to fix and my issues is going on the 8 day since I started reporting the issue last Saturday today nothing is resolved
