Bad service provider
Please people don't not subscribe with vumatell because their service is non existend. My internet is off two day now and I was promised that it will be attended to within 48 hours. The same thing happened last month and it was of for 3 days. No internet but we must pay full every month. They don't even have a call centre but they intend to take over the other service providers. So much for service.

To many idiot's working there that make 48 hour promises but can't deliver. We need people that can provide a service not only collect our money. To ask feedback from your team doesn't answer my questions. Your answer means nothing to me. Nobody even phoned me. ***
