Bad service once again !!!!!

I was contacted yesterday by Vumatel after waiting 3months. Explained what my issue was and was told they would call me back and give me feedback I am still waiting. I explained that the grey box installed on the outside of the property is like 40m away from my house and they need to come move it before the installation happens. They told me they will follow up and get back to me, nothing...….If you going to call someone to give feedback on progress do it....I don't understand why we have crack our skulls to get things done for a service that we are willing to pay for.
