Was kept and still held on the line for over 20 minutes after providing OVR number no communication between me and the representative and we pay for these service let alone the hold time exceeds and the agent says nothing to you so what **** service are you'll promoting seriously this is nonsense then taken straight to a rating after 24 minutes this is horse **** service you'll treat south Africans like ******s and after use or when you'll recieved whatever you want you'll do as you please I ****en didn't get help and rest assure I'll remain writing a review about this pathetic experience let alone 27 hold time and you'll think money grows on tress or we calling with air this is utter bull**** begin treated like peace of ****
