Bad service no internet

Good day Please cancel this stupid service of yours on my side Most of the time I can evens show my bank statement how many times for the month must I buy data and complain that my internet is slow it shows it's working on your side see attached my photos and the time I've send the message where its another 2 or 3 minutes and my WhatsApp messages never went through how many evidence photos must I show u to believe me I've never been so frustrated for over 2 months of **** service I'm sorry but I'm taking this case to consumer board here I attach to photos of my WhatsApp message I send and check the time it didn't go through but it shows I have internet None of your tech team contacted me also please cancel my service I said many times I'm tired of doing speed tests when the problem keeps persist I can't tiktok I can't stream online I can't do ***** when I joined this webafrica your internet was only great for 2 weeks after that I experienced alot of problems that I have to go into office I'm sorry but I'm taking this case further I asked someone to come out no one did and never made contact with me today. It's like you don't believe me I feel frustrated I'm disgusted Because every time I need to buy data where you quick to deduct R430 I'm taking this as far as I can I won't leave it here Cancel this stupid service
