BAD service just gets worse from Vumatel

Why am not surprised to see these reviews and rating... I had my fibre installed 3 months ago. 1 of those months, i was paying for nothing as Vumatel havnt even put my line in as yet. They kept telling me it was done. Only after insisting, they send a technician who then saw it was not done. Now three months later, i still dont have a secure internet. How is a company like this even allowed to operate???? I logged a fault two day ago and still there is no acknowledgement or reference indicating they received my complain. Vumatel, you are a disgrace for this country. HOW did you get and managed to hold your license??
